About you:

Must hold QTS
Must have experience as a primary teacher
Be committed to helping children build confidence and social skills
Must be able to plan lessons that facilitate problem- solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and abstract thinking too
Must be patient and empathetic, but able to enforce strong behaviour management when needed, ensuring students always have routine, as well as opportunities for freedom
