We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management company covering commercial sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive plumbing repairs, and general maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
You will work across a variety of plumbing and mechanical systems while ensuring high standards of compliance, service delivery, and customer care are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
* Working on hot & cold-water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and associated plant
* Supporting minor mechanical and remedial works where required
* Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations
* Completing service reports and compliance paperwork accurately
* Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Commercial Plumber within FM or Building Services
* Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
* Relevant plumbing qualifications
* Experience within commercial environments
* Full UK driving licence
