What You'll Do:
As a Hook Lift Driver, you will play a vital role in the efficient collection and transportation of waste and recyclables within the community. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating a hook lift vehicle to collect waste from designated locations.
Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to residents and businesses.
Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
Communicating effectively with team members and the public to provide excellent customer service.
Adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A valid HGV Class 2 driving license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating hook lift vehicles or similar waste collection equipment.
A commitment to safety and the environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
