Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a well-established and multi-disciplinary practice based in Birmingham, known for delivering a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Due to an increasing workload, they are looking to appoint a skilled Architectural Technologist with strong Revit proficiency to support the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable individual with experience in both design and project delivery, who is confident working from concept through to completion within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist:

Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completion. 
Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings using Revit. 
Support the preparation of planning and technical design packages. 
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. 
Assist in managing project programmes, budgets, and deliverables. 
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and H&S standards. 
Support project coordination and day-to-day team activities. Key requirements for the Architectural Technologist:

Degree in Architectural Technology or related field. 
Strong proficiency in Revit (essential). 
Proven experience within a UK architectural practice. 
Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects. 
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods. 
Ability to work across multiple RIBA stages. 
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
