Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender and contract documents
* Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies
* Advise on procurement strategies and forms of contract
* Perform risk, value management, and cost control
* Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice
* Value completed work and advise on payments
* Produce detailed progress reports and manage contractual claims
The Ideal Candidate:
* 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
* NEC3/4 contract experience
* Progressing towards MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
* Confident, client-facing, and able to work independently
* Flexible to travel as required
