How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced and client-facing Senior Project Manager to join their established residential team. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to work on high-quality residential developments across London and the South East. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion while working alongside a collaborative and highly regarded team.

    This consultancy has built a strong reputation within the residential sector and continues to secure instructions across large-scale residential, mixed-use, and build-to-rent developments. The incoming Senior Project Manager will be given significant client exposure, project ownership, and clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy environment. This role would suit a commercially aware Senior Project Manager with strong consultancy experience and a passion for delivering complex residential schemes.

    The Senior Project Manager's role

    The successful Senior Project Manager will lead residential projects through all stages of delivery, managing programmes, procurement, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Schemes are expected to include large residential developments, mixed-use projects, and regeneration programmes across London.

    The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for project reporting, contract administration, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also support junior team members while maintaining strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.

    The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

    Strong construction consultancy experience
    Proven residential project delivery experience
    Experience managing projects from inception to completion
    Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
    Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
    Strong understanding of JCT contracts and project controls
    MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB chartership preferred
