Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, targeted interventions to support pupils with diverse learning needs.
* Maintain an engaging, safe, and stimulating space for all learners.
* Hold high expectations for pupil attainment, tracking, and positive behaviour management.
* Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
* Partner closely with class teachers, families, and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo).
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold relevant qualifications or possess strong experience supporting pupils in an educational setting.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, or speech and language challenges).
* Be ready to start immediately and commit fully to the entire term.
* Demonstrate a strict commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and welfare.
* Work collaboratively within a close-knit team and engage well with parents.
