We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead warehouse operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Manage stock storage, organisation, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.
* Supervise loading and unloading activities and coordinate with logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
* Lead, motivate, and support warehouse operatives, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Drive KPI performance, identify process improvements, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
* Essential: Previous e-commerce warehouse experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
* Good understanding of warehouse health and safety regulations.
