This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils' learning and make a positive impact within a supportive school environment.
The Role
Support teaching and learning across the classroom
Deliver lessons and interventions when required
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Work closely with teachers and support staff to raise attainment
Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
Experience working within a school setting
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A proactive and supportive approach to learning
