The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive and creative lessons
Work with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve their full potential
Assist with classroom organisation, learning resources and daily routines
Promote positive behaviour and help create a calm, nurturing learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parentsWhat We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
Previous experience working within a primary school setting
A good understanding of safeguarding and classroom expectations
A patient, proactive and flexible approach to supporting children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
