We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Banbury.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery team in the safe and efficient execution of bidge/viaduct works
Oversee site engineering activities including setting out and quality assurance
Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specification, and HSEQ requirements
Assist with short-term planning and progress reporting
Review RAMS, ITPs, and technical documentation
Work closely with Section Engineers and Site Agents to drive delivery across multiple work fronts
Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with project standards
Requirements
Strong background in Site Engineering/Senior Engineer on a major projects (ideally with bridges)
Competent managing subcontractors and supervising engineering teams on site
CSCS card essential
SMSTS preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

£360.00 - £400.00 per day
