Document Controller – Hyperscale Data Centre Project

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting experienced Document Controllers to support a major hyperscale data centre project in the North East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale, fast-paced construction environment within the mission critical sector, supporting project teams through all stages of delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Managing and controlling project documentation through EDMS platforms

* Issuing, tracking and archiving technical documents and drawings

* Maintaining document registers and revision control

* Supporting QA, compliance and handover documentation

* Liaising with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams

* Assisting with as-built and commissioning documentation processes

Requirements:

* Previous Document Control experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects

* Experience using systems such as Aconex, Asite, SharePoint, 4Projects or similar EDMS platforms

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments

Desirable:

* Previous data centre or mission critical project experience

* QA / commissioning / turnover documentation exposure

* EPC or major project environment experience
