Key Responsibilities:
Delivering apprenticeship and adult skills training to company standards
Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for apprentices
Ensuring all training meets Health & Safety guidelines
Providing feedback and support to apprentices
Maintaining accurate records of learners' progress and achievements
Job Requirements:
Experience in mechanical planned and reactive maintenance
Proficiency in lathe and milling machine operation
Safe use of hand tools
Knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics
Understanding of Health & Safety practices and procedures
A minimum of a Level 3 Engineering qualification
Good interpersonal and computer skills
Full driving licence
A working knowledge of the chemical process industry and/or CAD is desirable but not essential. Although assessor and teaching qualifications are desirable, full support will be provided to develop necessary skills.
