Parts & Retail Manager (Agricultural)

Role: Parts & Retail Manager - Agricultural Dealership
Location: Framlingham, Suffolk
Salary: DOE, plus bonus.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Holt Recruitment are working on behalf of a valued client to recruit a Parts & Retail Manager for their busy branch in Framlingham.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced parts professional to oversee the day-to-day running of a Parts Department within the agricultural and groundcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Parts Department, showroom, and goods inward area
Supporting and leading the parts team
Assisting Service and Sales departments
Maintaining customer and supplier relationships
Managing stock control and departmental performanceRequirements:

Experience within parts/agricultural/plant/groundcare sectors
Previous supervisory or management experience beneficial
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Good IT skills and attention to detailPackage:
