Interaction Recruitment Northampton are currently building a Chef team to work at a grade 1 listed hotel located in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This hotel is incredibly busy, providing a variety of packages to include high-end weddings, functions, product launches and events. Whether you are a Chef De Partie, a Pastry Chef or Sous Chef – we want to hear from you!

Salary

From £32’000 to £42’000 per annum based on skills and experience
Tips split between the whole BOH and FOH team
Paid monthly
Rota

Long days – c.48 hours per week
5 out of 7 days per week
2 days off per week together

Elite hotel, conference centre or restaurant experience
Qualified and/or time served Chef (minimum 12 months CDP)
Strong knife skills, culinary skills and fresh produce experience
Driver with access to a reliable vehicle due to site location
