About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults within a supported living setting. Your role will involve assisting individuals to maintain their independence, develop life skills, and engage in their local community.
Responsibilities
Supporting individuals with daily living activities
Promoting independence and choice
Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
Providing emotional support and building positive relationships
Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
About the Service
The service provides tailored support to adults in a residential-style supported living environment. Individuals are encouraged to live as independently as possible, with staff offering guidance and support based on their needs and personal goals.

Strong communication skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
