What you'll be doing as Store Manager:
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading and motivating a dedicated team
Champion exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium, personalised approach
Deliver strong commercial results by driving sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution
Oversee all store operations including stock management, staffing schedules, compliance, and health & safety

You are an experienced retail leader, ideally already operating as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready for the next step.
