How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Store Manager | up to £32,000 + Benefits | Manchester Market Street | New Store Opening

Zachary Daniels is delighted to be partnering with a premium, heritage retailer as they continue their exciting growth journey. With a proud history and a renewed focus on customer experience, the brand is expanding across the UK and now we're seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead their beautiful Manchester Market Street store.

This is an opportunity to bring passion, leadership, and energy to a store that welcomes a diverse customer base from loyal locals to international visitors. As Store Manager, you'll celebrate the story behind every product, ensuring every customer leaves feeling inspired.

This could also be an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step in their retail career and progress into a Store Manager position.

Your responsibilities as Store Manager will include:

Coaching and supporting your team on product knowledge and storytelling, bringing the brand's heritage to life.

Working with the wider business to recruit, train, and develop talent, unlocking potential and building future leaders.

What we're looking for in a Store Manager:

Proven success in driving sales and profitability within a retail environment.

A genuine passion for delivering a luxury-level customer experience, creating moments that set the brand apart.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse performance data to take effective action.

Adaptability, positivity, and enthusiasm for both the products and the values of the brand.

Previous management experience within fashion, accessories, or footwear.

    Why apply?

This is more than just a Store Manager role. It's an opportunity to make your mark in a thriving Manchester Market Street location, lead a passionate team, and be part of a premium brand that's investing heavily in its future.
