What you'll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils with SEMH needs both inside and outside the classroom
Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
Support learning through one-to-one and small group work
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionalsWhat we're looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with SEMH pupils desirable
