How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    MEP BIM Manager

    Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits

    A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Manager to drive digital innovation across its building services and project delivery teams.

    This role will lead the development and implementation of digital workflows, BIM strategies, automation tools, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiency, project delivery, and data management across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and deliver a digital transformation roadmap across engineering and consultancy operations
    Lead implementation and optimisation of BIM, CAD, ACC, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
    Improve and automate workflows across design, project management, QA, and document control
    Drive adoption of digital tools and provide training across multidisciplinary teams
    Oversee integration between platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, CRM, ERP, and reporting tools
    Develop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision making
    Ensure compliance with digital standards including ISO 19650
    Champion continuous improvement and digital best practice across the business

    Requirements

    Proven experience leading digital transformation within MEP, engineering, or construction environments
    Strong understanding of BIM workflows, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC
    Experience implementing digital systems and improving operational processes
    Knowledge of automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar
    Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills
