Salary: £49,159 - £52,251 DOE
Bonus: Up to £10,000 (Performance / Ofsted Related)

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home in Burton upon Trent.
This is a key leadership appointment within a service that has recently undergone significant change and improvement following a previous Ofsted outcome. A robust improvement plan is in place, leadership has been strengthened, and the organisation is committed to achieving long-term stability and positive outcomes for young people.
The successful candidate will benefit from strong local and central support across safeguarding, quality, HR, training, and therapeutic services.
Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day running of the home
Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes for children and young people
Lead, develop, and support the staff team
Manage care planning, risk management, and operational performance
Participate in the on-call rotaRequirements:
Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience within Children's Residential Care
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Leadership or management experience within a residential setting
