🧭 Role Overview
This is a short-term supervisory cleaning role during student accommodation turnaround periods. You’ll be leading teams and ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready efficiently between tenant changeovers.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily cleaning across accommodation sites
* Allocate rooms and organise staff workloads
* Manage and coordinate cleaning teams on shift
* Carry out quality checks and inspections
* Maintain productivity and standards
* Report daily progress to management
* Communicate with site teams
* Ensure smooth, on-time completion of turnovers

* Previous cleaning experience (essential)
* Supervisory/team leader experience (preferred)
* Strong organisation and leadership skills
* Attention to detail and decision-making ability
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

£14.50 - £15.00 per hour
