Our client, a leading and highly respected main contractor, is seeking an Assistant QS looking to progress into a Quantity Surveyor role. Based in Hertfordshire and delivering projects across London, this is an excellent opportunity to join a cash-rich business with a full order book, outstanding staff retention, and a reputation for investing in and developing its people.

Key requirements:
• Experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
• Previous exposure to social housing projects
• Experience working on Design & Build contracts and/or new build projects would be advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness and a desire to develop and progress
• Motivated, ambitious and keen to take the next step into a QS position
