The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience supporting students with additional needs, behavioural challenges, or SEND
Be skilled in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Work effectively with pastoral teams, SEN staff, and external agencies
Be committed to promoting student wellbeing, progress, and inclusionKey responsibilities include:
Delivering tailored lessons and interventions to support student engagement
Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
Developing individual support strategies to meet student needs
Monitoring progress and contributing to support plans and reviews
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional developmentAll candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
