Talent Acquisition Advisor (12-Month FTC)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting high-volume recruitment across our operations.

📊 What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across high-volume Grade 1 & 2 roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and operational teams to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → onboarding)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and deliver resourcing needs
- Provide guidance on best practice across attraction, screening & selection
- Build strong talent pipelines for repeat and hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates at every stage

You’re someone who thrives in a busy recruitment environment and enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles
- Passionate about delivering a great candidate experience
