About the role
Veritas Education is recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher on behalf of a partner secondary school in the Bradford area. This is a full-time, long-term position starting from September 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to join a committed and supportive teaching community.
The successful candidate will take on full classroom responsibility, delivering high-quality DT lessons across key stages while fulfilling all associated planning and marking duties. Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design & Technology or a closely related subject
Full planning and marking responsibilities across all taught classes
Experience teaching DT at secondary level (KS3 and/or KS4)
Commitment to high standards of pupil progress and wellbeing
Essential: Valid DBS on the Update Service - candidates must be registered and up to date prior to placementAlso available through Veritas Education
