Smile Education is recruiting Sports Coaches / Cover Supervisors for welcoming secondary schools in Loughborough with immediate work available.
Perfect for sports coaches, graduates, or aspiring teachers looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.
🏫 The Role
• Supervise lessons using pre-set work (no planning required)
• Support PE lessons and school sports activities
• Manage behaviour and keep students engaged
• Work across KS3–KS4 in supportive secondary school settings
• Flexible day-to-day and short-term opportunities available
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Experience in sports coaching, PE, youth work, or education
• Confident managing groups of students aged 11–16
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• School experience helpful but not essential – training provided
