The Role
As a Recycling Operative, you will support the day-to-day operations of the recycling plant, helping to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* General labouring and groundwork across the site
* Picking and sorting recyclable materials from conveyor belts
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Assisting with the movement of materials and basic site setup
* Carrying out manual tasks including shovelling, sweeping, and lifting
* Working safely around heavy machinery and equipment
* Following all health and safety procedures at all times
This is a physically demanding role within an outdoor/industrial environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

* Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Are punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious

* 7:00am – 4:00pm
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
