The Role – Maths Teacher
A forward-thinking secondary school in Lambeth is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026. In this Maths Teacher position, you will be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to students of varying abilities. You will play a key role in helping students develop confidence in numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving, while ensuring lessons remain challenging, inclusive, and accessible.
The successful Maths Teacher will be expected to use a range of teaching strategies to motivate learners, monitor attainment and progress, and prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations. You will also contribute positively to the wider Maths department and support the school’s commitment to raising achievement and maintaining high standards across the curriculum.
This role would suit a creative and motivated teacher with strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
