A leading high‑end residential technology integrator is seeking an exceptional Senior Audio Visual & Smart Home Engineer to join their specialist delivery team. This organisation partners with architects, interior designers and developers to deliver world‑class smart home, cinema and automation systems within prime and super‑prime residential properties.

The Role
You will take ownership of the technical delivery of high‑value smart home and AV projects, ensuring systems are installed, configured and commissioned to the highest standard. This includes:
*
Installing, configuring and commissioning Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Rako, Cisco and Ruckus systems
*
Delivering multi‑room audio, home cinema and lighting‑control systems
*
Translating technical drawings and schematics into flawless on‑site execution
*
Leading client demonstrations, testing and handover
*
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
*
Upholding strict quality, performance and aesthetic standards
About You
*
5+ years’ experience in high‑end residential AV / smart home integration
*
Strong expertise in Crestron, Control4 and Lutron programming/commissioning
*
Excellent understanding of network infrastructure and system connectivity
*
Meticulous, detail‑driven and committed to delivering premium‑level work
*
Confident communicator with clients, contractors and design teams
*
Able to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Ideally based within 25 miles of Maidstone
