What will the FP&A Controller role involve?
You’ll take ownership of planning and forecasting across key business units, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear, forward-looking financial insight.

Leading budget and forecasting cycles, challenging and enhancing business submissions
Building robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
Delivering high-quality, board-ready reporting and analysis
Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
Monitoring working capital performance and identifying risks and opportunities
Contributing to the broader FP&A function in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Controller vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong FP&A experience within a medium or large organisation
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
A proactive, commercially curious mindset
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
