What You’ll Do:
As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide broad administrative and operational support across the business, including:
- Booking travel and accommodation for teams and project staff
- Purchasing and processing orders
- Organising UPS deliveries, collections and incoming/outgoing post
- Managing pool car bookings and schedules
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
- Logging absences and maintaining records on internal systems
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting meeting arrangements
- Providing general administrative support, including writing letters and filing documentation
- Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings, workshops and events
- Supporting teams with day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous administration experience desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support colleagues across the business
