How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About Staying Relevant Productions

At Staying Relevant Productions, we create content that actually cuts through the noise. We’re a fast-moving, ideas-driven production company focused on storytelling that feels current, culturally aware, and most importantly, worth people’s attention.

Our work spans podcasts, digital, branded content, and original long-form formats, and we pride ourselves on staying ahead of trends rather than chasing them. That means we’re constantly experimenting, pushing creative boundaries, and finding new ways to connect with audiences in an oversaturated world. Our track record speaks for itself, from sold-out live tours and shows at venues including the O2 Arena, to Sunday Times bestselling titles, and home to an award-winning podcast.

We’re a small, collaborative team where everyone has a voice and great ideas can come from anywhere. We value curiosity, initiative, and people who aren’t afraid to challenge the obvious. If you’re someone who wants to create work that feels fresh, relevant, and genuinely impactful, you’ll fit right in.

Joining Staying Relevant Productions means being part of a team that cares about the craft, moves quickly, and is always looking for the next big idea, before it becomes obvious.
