How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

    As Head of Business Change, you will lead how all change is delivered across the organisation, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from prioritisation through to successful delivery and benefits realisation. You lead multidisciplinary teams across project delivery, business analysis, testing, and continuous improvement.

    Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive a clear, prioritised change portfolio aligned to strategic objectives, ensuring strong governance, effective resource utilisation, and consistent delivery across agile and waterfall environments. A key focus will be building a mature, scalable delivery capability that brings structure, transparency, and predictability to a complex transformation landscape.

    What you’ll do :

    🚀 Lead enterprise-wide change delivery – own the end-to-end lifecycle from prioritisation through to delivery and benefits realisation

    📊 Run the Enterprise PMO – establish strong governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility across all change activity

    🎯 Shape and prioritise the change portfolio – align initiatives to business strategy and investment priorities

    👥 Lead multidisciplinary teams – oversee project delivery, business analysis, testing, and continuous improvement

    ⚙️ Build a scalable delivery capability – standardise ways of working across agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches

    📈 Drive delivery performance – ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

    🔍 Ensure robust governance and control – manage risks, dependencies, capacity, and financials across the portfolio

    🤝 Partner with senior stakeholders – influence decision-making and ensure alignment across business and technology

    🔄 Champion continuous improvement – enhance processes, tools, and delivery maturity across the organisation


    What you’ll bring:

    You will bring proven senior leadership experience in delivering complex change across large organisations, with a strong track record managing multi-project portfolios. You’ll combine deep expertise across project delivery, business analysis, testing, and governance with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level balancing business priorities with delivery constraints to achieve successful outcomes.

    You’ll be a confident and credible leader, experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across business and technology teams. With strong commercial awareness and a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll be passionate about building high-performing teams and maturing delivery capability bringing structure, clarity, and predictability to complex transformation environments.
