The Role – Graduate Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Supervise classes in the teacher’s absence
- Develop strong behaviour management skills
- Support pupils with their learning and engagement
- Build confidence leading groups of students
- Gain real insight into how schools operate day-to-day
- Strengthen your PGCE or Schools Direct application with practical experience
