Legal Counsel | London
We’ve been instructed by a global real estate company seeking a commercially minded Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join its in-house legal team in London.
This is a varied role within a high performing legal function, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate and real estate transactions with close partnership with the wider business.
The ideal candidate will be a solutions focused lawyer with strong commercial contracts and general corporate experience, looking to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Your profile:
- England & Wales qualified
- 3 - 6 years PQE ideally
- From a Top 100 UK law firm and or In-House experience within a large corporate
- Strong commercial contracts and general corporate experience essential
- Real estate experience desired but not required
