CÉ LA VI London is seeking a talented and charismatic Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences in a vibrant luxury hospitality environment.
Head Bartender Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experiences.
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Drive creativity and innovation in cocktail development aligned with the CÉ LA VI brand.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
- Ensure bar presentation, cleanliness, stock levels, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, wastage, and cost control to support financial targets.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, events, seasonal beverage menus, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, premium spirits, and mixology techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender within a high-end hospitality, luxury bar, or fine dining environment.
- Strong cocktail knowledge with a passion for mixology, service, and guest engagement.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging guests.
- Solid understanding of bar operations, stock management, and cost control.
- Passion for nightlife, luxury hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
