How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: People Partner

    Sector: Consumer Services/ Engineering

    Location: London (hybrid) - with travel to Hampshire

    Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 Base plus bonus

    Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join an expanding business to partner closely with the CTO as the business continues to grow. This role will focus on partnering with the Technology/ Product arm of the organisation, playing a crucial role in driving our people strategy and supporting our growth.

    • Collaborate with technology leadership to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these objectives.
    • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on all aspects of people management, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Analyse People metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
    • Develop and implement People policies and procedures that align with business objectives and promote best practices.
    • Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Facilitate training and development programmes to build capability and support career progression.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
    • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace


    More about you:

    • Proven experience as a People Partner (senior/ lead), supporting a technology or product team.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
    • A real problem solving approach to business partnering
