Global Design Lead – Core Skills

The opportunity:
As Global Design Lead, you’ll define and embed a global core skills framework that supports how our people work, grow and perform every day.
You will design practical, engaging and scalable learning experiences, partnering closely with regional learning teams, business leaders, and our global Experiences team to ensure content is relevant, modern and impactful.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and build Hays’ global core skills capability framework and development pathways
- Design digital-first, blended learning journeys that can be scaled globally
- Partner with business leaders and regional teams to ensure global consistency with local relevance
- Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve learning solutions
- Bring innovation to how we learn, including AI-enabled tools, simulations and interactive content
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience across all core skills content
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in learning design, organisational development, or capability building
- A track record of delivering scalable solutions in global or complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate broad capability areas into practical, applied learning
- Experience with digital and blended learning design
- A creative, curious, and learner-focused mindset
