A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in North West London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing department.
This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary with proven experience across both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Partner within the Conveyancing department
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Handling residential and commercial conveyancing matters including post-completion
- Assisting with Land Registry applications and submission of SDLT returns
- Managing diaries, calls, and client liaison
- General administrative support
- Digital Dictation
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial conveyancing procedures
- Experience handling post-completion matters
- Excellent digital dictation and typing skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
