This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality project-led work across a prestigious commercial portfolio.
The Role
This position offers a strong project bias, with the successful candidate leading and delivering a wide range of building surveying services on commercial assets. You will work with an impressive client base, providing strategic advice and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and delivering commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
Acting as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent
Undertaking technical due diligence, building surveys, and defect diagnosis
Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
Leading on-site project delivery and stakeholder management
Supporting junior team members and contributing to team growth
The Candidate
We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused surveyor with:
MRICS qualification (essential)
Strong experience in commercial building surveying
Proven track record delivering project-led work
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple instructions in a fast-paced environment
