About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Durham. These roles are available for an immediate start and are ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while benefiting from flexible working opportunities.
You will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5 within your subject specialism, maintain a positive learning environment, and support students to stay motivated and on track. Working across a range of secondary schools, including academies and local authority schools, will allow you to broaden your experience and find the right fit for you.

Requirements
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Recent experience in UK secondary schools
* Two professional references
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Flexibility and a passion for teaching
