How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Description

    Full-time, hybrid. 2 days in our London Bridge / Farringdon office, 2 days remote, 1 flexible. Graduate.


    This is for the graduate ready to join an AI startup with real potential to scale, where you sit in the heat of every decision and build something that didn't exist before you got there.


    You'll be one of the first people building Convu. AI as your default operating system. A market to go win.


    Three main buckets: partnerships, events, distribution.

    • Build partnerships. FSB and LCCI on the institutional side, university societies, accelerators and founder communities on the founder side, plus co-marketing with adjacent tools.
    • Run Convu Events. Pick the right rooms in London, build collaborations with co-hosts and partners, represent Convu in the room, onboard people onto the app there and then. AI is your operating system. Every email drafted, every prospect researched, every workflow automated before it eats your week.
    • Working on real problems. Real customers, real revenue, real partnerships. What you ship today is live tomorrow.
    • Build a personal brand and audience alongside ours.



    Qualifications we value (over just experience)


    We value innovation and instinct over a polished CV. Most applicants will be graduates, so we're reading for signal, not seniority.

    • Hungry to learn and build. You see this role as the start of something bigger. Breadth before depth across partnerships, events, sales, marketing, market research, product and AI workflows.
    • High achiever, big ambitions. Top of your class, society or team. The kind of grad who could walk into a top-tier banking or consulting offer but chose to bet on a startup.
    • Hands-on delivery across the board. Project management, marketing, market research, copy that worked, audiences you grew. Running societies, side projects, campaigns or hackathons and hitting deadlines you set yourself.
    • AI as default. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor are your operating system, not your novelty. If they're not, this role won't work.
    • Problem-solving, entrepreneurial spirit. You break down messy briefs, find a path, ship version one. Bonus if you've started, sold or scaled something of your own.
    • Startup or high-growth experience is a plus, not a requirement. AI or SaaS product exposure helps.
    • Based in London. 2 days a week at our London Bridge or Farringdon office.
