How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Talent Acquisition Associate

As a FSP Talent Acquisition Associate, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment for our clients across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You’ll work collaboratively with FSP Program Managers and client hiring managers to create and execute tailored recruitment strategies for assigned requisitions.

Our Functional Service Provider (FSP) model focuses on specialized recruitment for specific roles or projects within the life sciences sector. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Europe. We meet in person yearly.

We offer a comprehensive three-month onboarding and training program covering procedures, regulations, and FSP account management.

This is a remote role (with occasional travel to London and one annual global meeting in Europe).

    Core Responsibilities

    Recruitment (70%)

    Oversee end-to-end recruitment process:

    • Proactively source candidates across multiple channels, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, staffing agencies, and industry networks.
    • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from interviews to offer acceptance, including interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
    • Submit candidate profiles to clients for evaluation and participate in meetings with hiring managers to gather feedback and coordinate debriefs.
    • Facilitate onboarding by collaborating with internal teams and by extending offers to selected candidates.

    Client Management

    • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop dynamic hiring plans.
    • Provide market intelligence and insight to hiring managers.
    • Deliver regular recruitment status updates, helping to set expectations and timelines.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative solutions to secure hard-to-find talent.

    Sales Support (15%)

    • Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future client needs within the Kelly FSP portfolio. Provide blind CVs to support bids.
    • Support RFP/ RFI (Request for Pricing/Information) by providing salary benchmarks.
    • Generate pricing proposals for candidate placements.

    Supplier Management (15%)

    • Coordinate with payroll partners to achieve hiring objectives. Obtain and review payroll quotes in collaboration with management.
    • Manage relationships with staffing suppliers: Distribute new positions, review profiles, prepare candidates for submission.

    Other

    • Stay up to date with regional employment regulations through self-study and internal resources.
    • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in life sciences, business, HR, or a related discipline).

Attitude: Demonstrates proactivity and effective communication skills, with the confidence to professionally challenge or push back when necessary. Works independently but recognizes when to seek guidance or involve management.

    Industry Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in an in-house agency, or outsourcing environment.

Preferred: Full-cycle recruitment experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry. Otherwise understanding or interest of departmental roles in drug, medical device, or product development.

    • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in creative sourcing strategies and results measurement.

    Soft Skills

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
    • Effective written and verbal communication in English.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Teams.
