Freelance Interior Designer/ Interior Architect / Architectural Designer (Rhino or Revit)
A well-established AJ100 architectural studio is seeking a talented Freelance Interior Designer/ Architect / Architectural Designer to join its Interior Design team on a full-time contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality projects within a highly respected design-led practice.
The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering hospitality interior design projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, with a proven ability to contribute across technical design, coordination, and delivery phases. Proficiency in either Rhino or Revit is essential.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed design packages, coordinating with consultants and suppliers, producing technical drawing information, and supporting project delivery through later design stages. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced studio environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on hospitality interior design projects
- Strong technical and delivery-stage knowledge from Stage 3 onwards
- Proficiency in either Rhino or Revit (Essential)
- Experience working within established architecture or interior design studios
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong detailing, coordination, and presentation skills
This role is offered on an Inside IR35 basis and comes with a competitive hourly rate. The position is full time and studio-based with a leading AJ100 practice and its dedicated Interior Design team.
