The BEMS specialist are actively seeking additional BMS service & small work skill sets, the directors are keen to speak with individuals that have experience around BMS service, fault finding & small work quoting, commissioning and modifications. Being proficient with atleast one of the following syetems would be essential; Trend, Tridium, Cylon or Delta.
The BMS Engineer package would include a basic of £36,000 - 52,500 + car allowance (£5,400) + pension + private health + bonus on small work quotes (up to 5%) and more.
The BMS Engineer should expect to work in London and surrounding areas, my client is well organsied and typically arrange work schedules to suit the engineers. The working environment is warm and the management team accomodate individuals where they can.
This opportunity would allow the successful BMS Engineer to take responsibility on small work projects and capatilise on quotation bonuses if this was a preference, have access to new technologies and formal certification & work with a tight knit team.
