Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks - South Wales region
Freelance Outside IR35 - LTD CO Rate circa £350 - £400 per day
Permanent, salary and package circa £60,000 - £80,000 p.a + package

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting projects in South Wales, typically valued between £2m - £6m.

Take offs and Pricing Change skills essential with groundworks experience. Foundations, drainage, excavations, etc

Should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, and office working.

Sites are Bridgend, Newport, Cardiff and as far as the bridge.

Reporting to Commercial Manager
Working for a very established business
All clients are large blue chip construction organisations

Company Profile: £80m t/o construction group, covering civil engineering and groundworks packages

Works will typically include:

Bulk excavation and any remediation
Ground beams and floor slabs
Drainage, Pile caps, Foundations
Retaining walls
Substructures
Basements
External works
Hard and Soft landscaping
