How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who wants more than just a “digital role.”

This is a hands-on opportunity to get stuck into the full marketing mix across all business lines. One day you might be creating social content or analysing campaign performance, the next you’re supporting an event, improving customer communications or working on brand and website updates.

It’s a genuinely exciting time to join this client. The business is growing quickly, their offering is evolving and marketing is right at the centre of it. There’s a big focus on working closely with the sales team to create a joined-up approach that not only builds awareness but drives real conversations and results.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping how they communicate with customers and residents, helping us make things clearer, more engaging and more consistent at every stage of their journey.

If you’re someone who enjoys variety, likes taking ownership and wants to see the impact of what you do, you’ll fit right in.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Marketing & Campaigns

    * Create, schedule and manage content across LinkedIn and Instagram

    * Support paid and organic campaigns, including performance tracking and optimisation

    * Assist with email marketing campaigns using Monday (Campaigns) and Mailchimp

    * Monitor results and use insights to improve performance

    Content & Brand Management

    * Create engaging content across social media, email, website and all marketing materials

    * Maintain and strengthen brand consistency

    * Design marketing assets using Canva (Adobe Creative Cloud advantageous)

    * Support all internal and external communications

    Customer & Resident Journey

    * Help improve and optimise the customer and resident experience across all touchpoints

    * Support clear, consistent and engaging communication strategies

    Website & SEO

    * Update and manage WordPress websites

    * Support SEO and AI optimisation to improve visibility and performance

    Events

    * Assist with planning and delivery of events, including webinars, exhibitions and internal events

    Reporting & Analytics

    * Track and report on marketing performance (including weekly metrics & Board-level reports)

    * Use data and insights to recommend improvements and support decision-making

    About You

You’re a self-starter with plenty of initiative and an energetic approach to your work. You enjoy getting stuck in, taking ownership and seeing things through properly.

You’re passionate about marketing and genuinely care about delivering results, not just activity. You bring ideas to the table, think creatively and have a positive, can-do attitude that helps move things forward.

You’re confident and proactive, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

You’ve got a creative side and love coming up with ideas, but you’re equally comfortable looking at the numbers and understanding what’s working (and what’s not). You’re analytical in your approach, with a focus on KPIs, reporting and using insights to improve performance.

You’re organised, reliable and take pride in doing things properly. And importantly, you’re the kind of person who brings positive energy to a team and gets things moving.
