Associate Director Building Surveyor

A fast growing, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director Chartered Building Surveyor to step into a key leadership role within their Manchester city centre office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business which has achieved significant growth in the last few years. With substantial new projects and future growth plans on the horizon, there is an opportunity to add a dynamic and ambitious senior member to the team in Manchester, working directly with the Partner.

Manage a select portfolio of projects across a range of sectors
Support the day to day operations of the team
Contribute to business development, helping to win new work and grow existing client relationships
Play a key role in raising the company's profile across the North West
Engage with key clients and stakeholders
Support financial performance, including invoicing, cash flow, and project tracking
Mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to team growth and capabilityAbout You

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with significant consultancy experience
Proven track record in project delivery and client facing roles
Commercially aware with an interest in business development and growth
Ambitious and motivated to step into senior management responsibility
Strong leadership potential with the ability to support and develop a teamWhy This Role?
