A rare opportunity has opened for a Vehicle Technician to join a thriving independent workshop in Bognor Regis where technicians are valued, bonuses are genuinely achievable, and the business is investing heavily in the future of its team with funded EV certification.
This is a multi-brand workshop with a steady workflow, modern equipment, and a Monday–Friday routine that offers proper work–life balance without sacrificing earnings.
Responsibilities
* Service, maintenance, and repair across multiple vehicle brands
* Diagnostics and fault finding to a high standard
* Completing Vehicle Health Checks that directly contribute to bonus
* Working efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
* Supporting a professional, productive workshop team
Requirements
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with solid workshop experience
* Confident across petrol vehicles and keen to train into EV
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
* Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
* £32,000–£34,000 basic salary + bonus averaging £5,000
* Time Save Bonus and Vehicle Health Check Bonus
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Optional private healthcare
* EV certification fully funded
